Lago Doce at The Coral Lake and Beach Resort
Lago Doce is the central phase at The Coral Lake and Beach Club and also home to the 4/5 star Hotel and shopping centre (which are located in Quadra 22). In Lago Doce there are a total of 109 villa plots including 10 extra large plots which have preserve areas on both east and west sides and border a stream on one side and are adjacent to the lagoon on the other. There are a choice of elevations, orientations, shapes and sizes of plots, allowing owners to choose the ideal lot on which to construct their new villa.
Details of the Hotel and have not currently been released but amenities will include a resort style swimming pool, tennis courts, lounge bar, restaurant and terrace bar.
