Rio Das Palmeiras gets its name from the idyllic location in which it lies; nestled amongst the swathes of coco palms which skirt the gently running freshwater stream. 120 home sites are located here in Rio Das Palmeiras separated into 6 stunning enclaves of just 20 homes with a choice of elevations, orientations, shapes and sizes, allowing owners to choose the ideal lot on which to construct their new villa.

These homes are just a short 400m walk from the beach and beach club across the small stream where there are plenty of small fish to be found and the preserve area with its majestic sand dunes.

The Coral Lake and Beach is a low density development with a maximum of 2 storeys per villa. Given very strict environmental regulations in this area of north east Brazil, the majority of the land at The Coral Lake and Beach Resort has been designated as a “Green Zone”, which means that the natural habitat must be preserved in order to remain a sustainable home for indigenous flora and fauna.

Due to the amount of protected "Green Areas" at The Coral Lake and Beach Resort, which in total cover almost 50% of the development, it will come as no surprise that Rio das Palmeiras benefits from low density homes that have been segregated so as to create an appealing privacy factor.

All individual plots having been granted planning permission for owners to construct private villas totalling up to a maximum of 50% of the individual lots total square metres. E.g. 225m2 villas can be constructed on a 450m2 lot. Should you wish to construct a larger property, you will need to invest in a second adjoining lot in order to increase the size of your property.

Each owner will have access to all of the resort's facilities and amenities, including the Beach Club, sporting facilities, restaurants, bars, shops, the Hotel, spa and all communal areas.
