Royal Dunes is nestled on the eastern side of the dunes facing the Atlantic Ocean and is home to188 home sites with a choice of elevations, orientations, shapes and sizes, allowing owners to choose the ideal lot on which to construct their new villa. The eastern edge of Royal Dunes borders natural habitat with a small lagoon and stream.
